Qualifying Buyers

William will seek financial qualifying information on all buyers submitting purchase offers on your property.  William's goal is to pre-qualify or pre-approve the buyer through a reputable lender.  This is easily accomplished  with our In-House mortgage company (Pacific Access Mortgage) where all status on loan and approval information is easily accessible.
